Hasim Sukamto, B.B.A., S.H., M.H., C.M.C. is a professional who has a strong combination of expertise in the fields of business, law and dispute resolution. With a solid academic and professional background, he leads BAP Law Firm with a progressive vision and humanist approach to legal practice.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a major in Finance & Banking from The Ohio State University – Columbus, USA, as well as a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) and Master of Law (M.H.) from the Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) – Jakarta. In the field of dispute resolution, he holds a license as a Certified Mediator Conciliator (C.M.C.) from the Badan Mediasi Indonesia (BaMI) – Jimly School of Law, a recognition of his competence in mediation and conciliation practice.

As Managing Partner at BAP Law Firm, he is known for his strategic and ethical leadership, prioritizing quality legal services based on integrity, professionalism and justice.

Apart from his activities in the legal world, he is also active in the business world as an Executive of Board Director in several national private companies. With a business background, he masters various aspects of contract law, corporate law and project management which strengthens his role in providing legal services to BAP Law Firm clients.

His concern for peaceful conflict resolution is reflected in his active role as Chairman of the Jakarta Region for Pusat Mediasi & Resolusi Konflik (PMRK), where he helps encourage a culture of mediation as an alternative for efficient, fair and sustainable dispute resolution.
